As you all know, THESE VIOLENT DELIGHTS, has been closed and most of you have been waiting for an update in regards to my new site. My AU Titanic rpg is now open and ready to take on members. Those of you whom wanted to come over can now do so! This is going to be a small one this time! The first month of the new year has ended, and along with that is our Of The Month! After nominations, and polls, we have found our winners! Congratulations to these awesome people, and the OTM's can be found in the side bar under the staff! Be sure to give these guys your congrats! Also, the plot with the villian Logan Devonport has started up! We are in need of some vampires willing to fight in the war along side of Logan! If you are interested, please PM Angel or David! The Activity Check is over! All members that were not on the list have been deleted, aside from new members. If your character is suddenly gone, and you want them back, don't worry about it! Just PM Angel or David and we will get that fixed for you! On another note, the Of the Month nominations are over, and the polls have been set up, so go and vote! Those will end Friday, January 27th. The claims are there for a reason and that reason is to help the staff keep everything organized, and to know what is taken. We have more than just a face claim! We have a Who's Who! This is for everyone to have a list of all their characters so any other member will know who plays who! Another claim is the Abilities Claim! It seems that almost every vampire on this site has some kind of ability. There are only ten characters that have claimed their abilities! So please go do this! Hey guys! Thank you all for sticking with us through all the hard times and the good times as well! I felt that I need to let you all know how much the staff here at These Violent Delights appreciate each and everyone of you! We hope that everyone continues to be active and even try to recruit some new members to add to our TVD family!There are some things I need to remind you all about though! We are still having an activity check! This will end January 20th! We want everyone to keep the characters, and to keep your characters from getting deleted, you must post in this activity check! Not only do we have an activity check going on, we are also having our OTM Nominations! The OTM Nominations ends January 19th! If you want those members and characters that have been active and deserve to be recognize, please nominate them! One last thing! We need every member to log in all of their characters everyday when possible! By doing this, it makes our site look more active and that is attractive to new members! Happy new year to all the members on TVD! It's been quite an adventure as we geared up to start over new on a new site but we've made it! While you are enjoying the new perks of the new year, the activity check has now gone underway. You may find it in the announcement section. Please include everyone you are keeping and everyone you are deleting. The list will grow as more people add and remove. That will end January 20th so please be looking into that. Also, we will be starting our OTM's shortly and we would like to encourage everyone to be posting. Activity is what really gives you an advantage in the awards area! The nominations will be up within the next few days so be looking out for it. As for other news, It's been a rough couple of weeks to be honest. Work and holidays can be a problem but the site is still running strongly as ever. I will be getting the new locations up soon and our new features will be added as quick as I can throw them up. Well I finally finished the new skin and it looks nothing less than amazing! I would like to thank Heather, David and Proboards support for the help of getting it all together. Without them, honestly I would have just literally died in the process of making it. With the new skin also will come some changes. I will be adding more locations in the boards and other new tweaks you will be finding as you are looking around. For those of you who are missing our old chat box, our new one is quite the same thing but better. It enables you to have your avatars and all the same features of the old one just without the nasty spammage coming from the chatango site. Hopefully you guys won't miss it too much because your lovely admin is paying for this one!
